Returns and Exchanges

Thank you so much for supporting Elements the Label!

As all our garments are made to order, unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund if you change your mind after your order has been placed. You have up to 5 days to cancel your order after its been placed. After this window you will receive only store credit in the amount of your order.

We do however accept exchanges and alterations if the fit is not as desired. Please email info@elementsthelabel.com within 5 days of date of delivery (no exceptions, any returns made after 5 days will not be eligible for exchanges, these orders will be eligible for alterations ONLY). All eligible exchange and alteration orders will be provided with a return shipping label via email to send your item back to us. Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your alterations to be made and your order to be shipped (timing may vary depending on your location).

in the event that you choose an item that is of lesser value than the one you are returning, the difference will be credited towards your next order. We will email you a code to access your credit, this code will only be generated and used one time.
